1. Jenny LaFlamme - Mother with cancer (Comfort) - Aug 9, 2010 My dear mother, Dorothy Glor 82 years, was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2005. She has been through 4 rounds of chemotherapy & some radation as well. She has decided to go on hospice now. She needs strength as well as my family to get through this. She is in alot of pain which isn't relieved much by medication. Please pray for my family & my mother. She isn't an adventist but is trying to understand what adventism is. She is a christian woman.Thank you so much. This is such a difficult journey. The Lord is giving me strength & comfort but some days I have a difficult time handling the thought of losing my mother of 82 years.
2. vickie - Family in Crisis (Other) - Jul 31, 2010 J, my granddaughter's MOTHER, in less than 72 hours after the divorce was final, she introduced my granddaughter to another man, had him in their home and he was driving her car. We investigated this man and found out that he's a convicted felon, with numerous drug convictions and DWI's. This has devastated our entire family. Please pray that the Lord will convict J's heart of the life she's now living. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will never leave her and help her to think clearly. This affects my granddaughter and that's our main concern. Please pray for her protection as well. My son begged J for a chance but we know now that she had been cheating for months. J left Christmas day and filed for divorce the following Monday. This prayer request is important and I respectfully ask you to pray indefinitely. Thank you.
3. Jonah Kenei - Last resort (Finances) - Jul 13, 2010 I am currently indebted to a bank and my house is about to be auctioned. I have no money to service the debt and i have tried all means even trying to dispose off the house without success.As i thought and search some spiritual answers, i remembered the story of the poor widow in 2 Kings 4:1-7. I am depressed and i am kindly requesting you to pray for me for a hand of God to lift me from this unfortunate circumstance.

IM gonna ask an extremely bold request that to pray for my soul mate would completely deliver her 100% from every mental and physical ailment and all her troubles and that he will restore her faith in God, Plus restore her health completely to where she is very vibrant and colorful looking and that she feels great and has energy;and to heal the riff between her and her family
And im gonna have faith that God will do this in a positive way to use my inspiring words and encouragement to save her and to deliver her completely, and that he would also give the strength and hope for both of us to believe that this is possible and will happen very soon and to take away all doubt from both of us.The lord already laid on my heart who it is and every time i prayed about it for an answer answered me every time. So i pray that he gives us both peace of mind about this and patience or persistence if we need it.
And that our meeting would be very very extremely soon so we can talk things out and get things sorted in our minds and be able to release things to eachother that has been boggling for so many years and that we would spend lots and lots of time together as in going to the shore, movies and doing everything together and spending the holidays together and that he would strengthen the connection between us and make the love between us grow stronger. And i am believe that God will start working on this this very minute. I am going to have faith if you will that God would start moving right now.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; they shall prosper that love thee. Psalm 122:6
In the book of Ruth we see a beautiful story of Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz – a story of love, friendship and loyalty. It’s a spiritual mystery as well, an awesome truth about God’s plan for the age. Naomi represents the Jew, and Ruth, the Gentile. At the beginning, Naomi’s life ends up blessing Ruth’s life. At the end, Ruth’s life ends up blessing Naomi’s life. It’s profound. The Jew, Naomi, was born to bless the Gentile, but the Gentile is “born again” to bless the Jew. Through Naomi comes salvation to Ruth; through Ruth comes redemption to Naomi. That’s the same way salvation came from the Jewish people to bless you – who are not born a Jew. You are now grafted into the nation of Israel and are a fellow citizen. You have your own Jewish roots in Messiah. You are a child of Abraham, an heir of the promise. It is beautiful, but that’s not the end of it.
Your blessing came, as with Ruth, through the Jewish people, so that you could bless back. The story is only complete when you do that. You see, the Jewish people were born to bless you, but you were born again to bless them. So pray for them and for the peace of Jerusalem. Bring the Word to get them saved and support the giving of the gospel to them. It’s time to bless Israel back, those who blessed you. It’s time for you to finish the story.
Set aside special time today to pray for Israel. Pray that peace may be restored and for salvation to reach all who do not know Messiah.

In the closing proclamation of the gospel, when special work is to be done for classes of people hitherto neglected, God expects His messengers to take particular interest in the Jewish people whom they find in all parts of the earth. As the Old Testament Scriptures are blended with the New in an explanation of Jehovah’s eternal purpose, this will be to many of the Jews as the dawn of a new creation, the resurrection of the soul. As they see the Christ in the gospel dispensation portrayed in the pages of the Old Testament Scriptures, and perceive how clearly the New Testament explains the Old, their slumbering faculties will be aroused, and they will recognize Christ as the Savior of the world. Many will by faith receive Christ as their Redeemer. To them will be fulfilled the words, “As many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.” John 1:12
Among the Jews are some who, like Saul of Tarsus, are mighty in the Scriptures, and these will proclaim with wonderful power the immutability of the law of God. The God of Israel will bring this to pass in our day. His arm is not shortened that it cannot save. As His servants labor in faith for those who have long been neglected and despised, His salvation will be revealed.
I am thoroughly convicted that God is soon to open the eyes of Jews that have not yet accepted their Messiah and want to be prepared to share and to receive more of the riches of His Word. The Apostle Paul writes in Romans Chapter 11 that we (Gentiles) obtained these riches due to some of the natural branches (unbelieving Jews) being cast off the olive tree. However, God is able to graph them in again. “If the loss and defeat of the Jews was overruled by God to produce riches for the Gentiles, how much more would the repair of this loss mean riches for all.” S.D.A. Bible Commentary Pg. 607 By the way, the olive harvest is the last harvest of the year, the end of the age. I truly want to be a part of such a revival and outpouring of the Holy Spirit, don’t you?
